A wedding booking is only confirmed when our official Booking form is completed and £300.00 Booking fee is paid.

Booking fees are non-returnable.

The balance is payable two weeks prior to your wedding when we will discuss your requirements.

Once the final balance has been paid prior to the wedding, should the wedding be cancelled only half the balance will be refunded.

By booking our services for wedding and portrait photography, you allow us to use any of the photographs we have taken for Advertising, Display and Competition.

The preview album, negatives and digital photographic files remain the property of Creative Photography.

All photographs taken by Creative Photography are Copyright protected (Copyrights, Design and Patons Act 1988) and photographs must not be copied or manipulated in any form whatsoever, without written consent from Creative Photography.

All reprint orders placed with Creative Photography are to be paid in full upon collection. When paying by cheque please allow 7 working days before any goods can be released.

Creative Photography will endeavour to photograph your wedding in the most favourable position during the ceremony and the reception however, due to restrictions placed upon us by the vicar, registrar and venue management we cannot be responsible for obstructed views and unfavourable backgrounds. We will do our utmost to use the best of what is available.

Creative Photography cannot be held responsible for the weather conditions i.e. rain, wind, storms, snow, ice, fog and harsh sunlight on the wedding day.

Creative Photography holds both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
